About Us / Mission

The Whidbey Equine Council is a group of individuals who volunteer their time to work on issues of importance in protecting, preserving and strengthening access to and use of land on Whidbey Island for equestrian purposes and in perpetuating the equestrian way of life on the island.

Our mission is to advocate for the social, recreational, economic and legislative interests of the Whidbey Island horse community.
